Hello loyal pet owners,
We are preparing for the next phase of reopening to the public. We have set some mandatory protocols in place for the safety of our clients, patients and staff. As we welcome everyone back in, please know that for right now, masks are mandatory to enter the building. If you need a mask, please ask and one will be provided for you.
While we are happy to welcome clients back, please be aware that due to social distancing protocols, the number of clients being allowed inside the hospital at any one point will be limited. In preparing for your visit, we ask that only one owner be present with his/her pet. If additional owners are present, we ask that they please wait outside. You may also still call from outside the hospital to “check in” for your appointment and we will continue to offer curbside appointments for those who wish to limit face to face contact during this time. If you would prefer to continue to pick up your prescriptions or food from curbside, please call the front desk staff to do so.
Reception barriers and floor decals will be placed to continue practicing 6′ social distancing. We will sanitize credit card machines before and after each transaction. Hand sanitizer dispensers will be located in each room and throughout our hospital. We will continue to extensively clean all surfaces frequently touched.
We do ask that if you are not feeling well, please stay home. If you are experiencing fever, cough or shortness of breath, please reschedule your appointment.
We continue to offer Airvet, our telemedicine service, which may be used remotely during hours of operation or if you are unable to make it in for an appointment. There is a link on our website to download Airvet to your iPhone or Android or download from your app store. Pets may also be dropped off for the day to be examined. Please see the “Drop Off Exams” under the Services section on our website.
We thank you for your understanding and patience during this most difficult time. We look forward to seeing you soon!
