Emergency Process

We have a doctor and a highly skilled technician on call until 9 PM, seven days a week. If you leave a message on our answering machine, you will receive a call within one hour during the week, and every 2 hours on the weekend. If your pet is experiencing a medical problem that cannot wait, or if it is after 9 PM, we recommend the following:
